You can enrol by:

  1. Filling out our client onboarding form,
  2. Completing your risk profiling questionnaire,
  3. Initial Call and asking for necessary docs
  4. Signing the investment advisory agreement and other relevant documents,
  5. Making the applicable fee payments

Once completed, we’ll schedule an initial consultation and begin the advisory process.

To avail the Stock Market Courses, you can directly enrol in the chosen courses and need not follow the above mentioned courses.

  • We require:
  • PAN card
  • Proof of identity and address (Aadhaar, passport, etc.)
  • Income proof (optional for advanced planning)
  • Bank account statement or demat statement (only for planning purpose)
  • Signed risk profiling and Investment advisory agreement.

We accept payments via:

  • UPI
  • Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)

All payments are invoiced and tracked for compliance.

Yes, refunds (if any) are processed as per the refund and cancellation policy outlined in the investment advisory agreement.

In the event of premature termination of Advisory services by the client, the RIA shall refund the fee for the unexpired period. The RIA may retain a breakage fee, not exceeding one quarter’s fee.

Calculation Example:

If a client terminates the service after 4 months of a 12-month contract, and say paid ₹1, 00,000 upfront:

  • Unexpired period (8 months) Portion Fees = 100000*8/12 = ₹66,666
  • Normally, Fees should be deducted for period served = ₹100000-₹66,667 = ₹33,333
  • However, max Breakage fee allowed as per SEBI is for 1 Quarter = ₹25,000
  • Refundable amount = ₹1,00,000 – ₹25,000 = ₹75,000

Once advice is delivered fully, refunds may not be applicable.
